TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MAKE-UP SERVICE

• Reservation Period: 10th-15th Each month

• Quotas: 5-10 Heads, 2-3 Quotas for body brushing, maintenance & modifying. (Quotas maybe increased or decreased depending on our working progress.)

• After the reservation is closed, we will contact the applicants who successfully reserved the quotas via Email provided in the Reservation Form before 24:00 on 16th.

• Please reply to the Email to confirm your reservation in 3 days. If there is no reply or you cancelled the reservation without any reasons, you will be BLACKLISTED and cannot apply for any reservation anymore.

• Each applicant can ONLY apply a reservation for maximum 2 heads each month. Applicant will need to submit your reservations in different months if you would like to apply for 3 dolls or above.

• Priority would be given to the applicants who requested for the Make-up Renewal service.

• Please provide us the sculpt model of your doll, RECAST models are NOT accepted. Please DO NOT send us any recast dolls or we will send them back directly without any notice.

• Providing these services are ONLY based on our interest, NOT professional. All works are manual-painted, please consider well before making reservation for those who are very much concern about perfection.

• There are pets in our working place, hence there might be animal hair attached. Please consider well before making reservation if you are very much concerned about this issue.

• Please study our works for reference before making a reservation.

MAKE-UP REQUIREMENT

• Please provide a detailed make-up description for your desired styles, color tones etc. for our reference. (Mature, sweet, sexy etc.)

• Pictures for references are welcomed. However, please understand that we WILL NOT accept any copying requests, we will ONLY paint the make-up with similar style & color tone. Please try to gather all pictures in Google Documents and provide us the link.

• If there is no special request, make-up would be in dark/heavy style as default.

• Special maintenance such as applying leather clips or installing aluminium wire are NOT provided.

• Requested to paint the same make-up with our own dolls are NOT accepted.

• Photos of semi-finished make-up (without clear gloss) will be provided to the doll owner for confirmation, we will ONLY finalized the make-up by applying flat spray & clear gloss and take photos for record once confirmed there are no changes.

• Customers can request for amendment ONE TIME ONLY. If you are not satisfied with the make-up after the amendment, we will remove the makeup & charge HKD150- for materials cost then return the head instead.

• Please DO NOT send us the whole doll but head ONLY for make-up.

• Please send your doll with a note with the following details to avoid any confusion:

1. Owner’s name

2. Contact method

3. Sculpt model of your doll

• All heads MUST be shipped out with a face mask to protect the make-up, we don’t have any spare masks to supply. We are NOT responsible for any damages caused by the delivery if the mask is not attached.

WORKING PERIOD AND DELIVERY METHODS

• Working Period: Approx. 1-1.5 Months (Delivery is NOT counted.)

• There will be notice if working schedule is delayed by bad weather or other reasons.

• It takes time to finish the make-ups, please DO NOT hasten our working progress.

• We work on the make-ups on weekends ONLY, urgent orders are NOT accepted.

STEPS

1. Contact us & Submit the Reservation Form

2. Contact for face-to-face trading/Provide our delivery address to send out the doll/head

3. Will keep you informed once the doll/head is received

4. Work on the make-up (Color Tone, Eyebrows etc.)

5. Provide photos of the semi-finished make-up (without clear gloss) to confirm

6. Can request for amendment ONE TIME ONLY (Color can only be deepen)

7. Finalize the make-up after confirmation (Apply flat spray, pearl powder, clear gloss, eyelashes etc., NO changes is accepted at this stage)

8. Take photos for record

9. Ask for payment

10. Contact for trading/Arrange to send back the doll/head after payment received

*NO trading on Public Holidays, Saturdays & Sundays.

If you cannot arrange to trade on the above time & locations, please arrange to send us your doll/head by SF Express.

Changes & Cancellation of the Trading Date

1. Please inform us 1 DAY in advance if you need to make any changes on the date & time.

2. Cancellation on the confirmed trading day MUST inform AT LEAST 30 Mins. in advance and confirm the next trading date.

3. Please be as punctual as possible. If you are late for more than 30 minutes and no notice is given, you will be deemed to forgo the quotas and permanently BANNED for reservation after being blacklisted.

4. Trading time & locations will be changed depends on the situations.

5. We will NOT answer any calls without caller ID.
